Application fees are non refundable. *No exceptions.

• All properties are on a first come, first serve basis. Your application must be approved and the security deposit must be paid in full to hold the property.
• Submitting an application does not hold or guarantee you the property.
• Application is online ONLY.

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE HAVE A COMPLETE FILE. *This includes us receiving your completed Rental/Employment Verifications back from current/previous employers and landlord references*
